Challenge
R&B Team's old website was hard to update: every change to a case study or vacancy needed a developer. A company working with banks and large holdings needs a fast, modern site that reflects its level of expertise.
Solution
We moved the site from a legacy platform to Next.js with Payload CMS 3: the static markup became components, and the content became collections the team manages in the admin.
What we built
- CMS collections: services, case studies, testimonials, partners, team, blog, webinars, vacancies.
- Request forms, job applications with CV upload and a newsletter subscription — submissions are stored in the CMS and sent by email.
- Two languages (UA/EN) with next-intl, the Payload SEO plugin for meta tags.
- The Lexical editor for articles and case studies.
- Docker deployment with PostgreSQL.
Outcome
The R&B Team staff update case studies, articles and vacancies themselves, and the site loads fast and is ready to grow.
