Challenge
Businesses that sell through Telegram, WhatsApp and other messengers need one system instead of a "bot builder + spreadsheet + separate CRM" patchwork. Managers should see every conversation in one place, bots should guide customers through a funnel, and data from different companies must never mix.
Solution
We designed the platform as a core with modules. Each business runs in its own PostgreSQL database, so data isolation is part of the architecture rather than a filter in the code. The admin panel is built with Filament, the funnel builder with React Flow, real-time updates run on Laravel Reverb, and background jobs and broadcasts on Horizon queues.
What we built
- A unified inbox: "Mine / Unassigned / Closed" filters, quick replies, attachments, bot pause, and creating a task or a deal right from the chat.
- A visual funnel and bot builder: Message, Delay, Condition and Action steps, with versioning and publishing.
- Multilingual bots and broadcasts: one funnel, several languages, with fallback to the primary one.
- Contacts, companies, tags and custom fields; deals on a kanban board; tasks with lists.
- Roles and attribute-based access control (ABAC): allow/deny rules with conditions on record fields.
- An AI assistant in the admin, powered by Claude: it works with contacts and deals and acts only after a staff member approves.
- A token-based REST API and channel webhooks for integrations with websites, stores and accounting.
Outcome
Communication, automation and sales live in a single interface. The modular architecture lets us add channels and features — products, orders, shipping — without rewriting the core. We bring this experience to client projects involving chatbots and CRM integrations.
